Yoga is suitable for anyone and will deliver fitness benefits whatever your level. As a fitness instructor, I teach Yoga from a fitness perspective, rather than a spiritual one. The Yoga postures are designed to promote strength, balance, stability, flexibility and the dynamic nature of the sequences helps to challenge cardiovascular fitness.  This modern form of Yoga appeals to enthusiasts and conditioned athletes alike. Participants will be allowed to get into posture under their own steam and be encouraged to perform the moves to the best of their ability, without any pressure whatsoever, allowing you to progress at a pace that suits you.


All Yoga classes are 55-60 mins in duration.
