Step was Mr.J’s very first class back in January 1993. To this day it remains many people’s favourite and there are many participants who still attend to this very day, just as they did back in 1993.

STEP (beginners) is a straight forward step class that is suitable for beginners, or those who prefer a good cardiovascular workout without any complex stepping patterns.

STEP (Intermediate/Advanced) is slightly faster and has a mixture of stepping patterns -
